About the role
As an HQ Product Installation Upgrade Supervisor, you will supervise product installation and upgrade activities, managing resources and cross-functional teams within the KLA Services organization. Your role will involve maintaining the high performance and productivity of products through a flexible portfolio of services, focusing on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
What you'll do
- Manage cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
- Understand and address customer needs related to product installation and upgrades.
- Schedule resources and manage assets for installation projects.
- Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Travel domestically and internationally at least 15% to support field operations.
- Oversee product installation and upgrade processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
What you'll need
- Associate's Degree or 5 years of related experience.
- Experience servicing or manufacturing semiconductor equipment.
- Organizational and program management knowledge.
- Ability to manage ambiguity in project environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications.
- Semiconductor industry process knowledge.
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science Degree.
- Project management experience.
- Experience servicing semiconductor capital equipment, including optical and electro-mechanical subsystems with high precision requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in semiconductor wafer fab environments, specifically in integration, photolithography (steppers), or metrology management.
