About the role

Quadric is looking for a Head of Marketing to build and scale the marketing organization from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO. You will direct brand, product marketing, demand generation, PR, developer marketing, and ecosystem events for General Purpose Neural Processing Unit (GPNPU) semiconductor IP.

What you'll do

- Develop Quadric's overall marketing strategy, annual roadmap, budget, metrics, and operating rhythm. - Build and direct the marketing team while managing agencies, external partners, and executive stakeholders. - Own messaging, positioning, brand identity, and thought leadership across blogs, white papers, case studies, and executive communications. - Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Development on product launches, GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and sales enablement. - Manage PR, analyst relations, media engagement, industry conferences, and investor-facing communications.

What you'll need

- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading marketing teams as a Director, Head of Marketing, or VP. - Experience building or scaling marketing within a startup or growth-stage company. - Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products in hardware, semiconductor, AI, embedded systems, or developer tooling. - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. - Experience managing internal teams, agencies, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience marketing semiconductor IP, AI accelerators, SoCs, EDA tools, or developer platforms. - Experience building a marketing function from the ground up. - Background with ABM targeting enterprise OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or strategic accounts. - Relationships with semiconductor analysts, industry media, or technical conference organizers.
