About the role
This role is responsible for program management within the GSOC Hardware Program Management Office.
What you'll do
- Manage and take responsibility for multiple small programs/technology with moderate complexity or a single complex program/technology.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals and prioritize deliverables.
- Build and manage the execution of the Plan of Record, including schedule, scope, and infrastructure setup.
- Identify program issues/risks and create risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
- Partner with the Chipset team for allocation of HW platforms and parts to end users across worldwide sites.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
- 5 years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Experience in HW SOC development cycle for Mobile, data-center and AI servers.
- 2 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 2 years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards (Splunk, Thoughtspot, Tableau, PowerBI/automate, Agentic AI), Gantt charts.
