About the role

Etched is hiring a Growth Ops Intern to execute internship and new-grad hiring strategies and coordinate talent community events. This is an on-site, 12-week paid internship based in San Jose, CA.

What you'll do

- Execute internship and new-grad hiring strategy by identifying students through universities, technical communities, and unconventional channels. - Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders on targeted candidate outreach. - Plan private recruiting events, managing guest lists, invitations, venues, logistics, and follow-up. - Build relationships with university clubs, professors, and student leaders. - Develop recruiting campaigns and source candidates across events, referrals, and communities. - Track event engagement and recruiting conversion metrics to refine early-career programs.

- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, events, marketing, or community building. - Instincts for identifying and engaging candidates. - Communication and project-management skills. - Attention to detail and comfort in a fast-changing environment. - Willingness to travel for events.
