About the role

This role involves defining quality and regulatory requirements and executing product qualification strategies for semiconductor technologies, packaging, and product releases.

What you'll do

  • Define quality and regulatory requirements and execute product qualification strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with military and industry standards, including performance specifications, qualification requirements, and factory certifications.
  • Evaluate failure mechanisms and oversee environmental, mechanical, and stress-testing methodologies to ensure product reliability.
  • Lead Technology Review Board (TRB) activities and Class 1 Change Management processes.
  • Approve product disposition decisions related to development releases, deviations, qualifications, quality investigations, and special clearances.
  • Coordinate and align quality-related activities with subcontractors and external partners.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while meeting timelines and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with productivity software, communication tools, and other business or technical applications relevant to the role.
