About the role
This role involves creating and maintaining production schedules by reconciling customer demand with plant capacity to meet delivery commitments.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain production schedules by reconciling customer demand with plant capacity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to align priorities and communicate lead-time expectations.
- Audit material availability for scheduled jobs, coordinate kitting activities, and notify Purchasing of shortages.
- Partner with Buyers to expedite supplier pull-ins and resolve past-due parts that threaten the schedule.
- Maintain ERP accuracy for dates, quantities, and statuses.
- Monitor capacity models and escalate in-window impediments to functional owners for rapid resolution.
What you'll need
- Recent or Upcoming completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Systems, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Analytical skills to identify trends, root causes, and practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Detail orientation with high attention to data integrity and process follow-through.
- US citizen or permanent resident required for export-controlled documentation access.
