About the role
This role involves providing technical customer support for Analog & Mixed Signal devices, including device selection, design implementation, and troubleshooting hardware and system-level issues.
What you'll do
- Provide technical customer support for Analog & Mixed Signal device selection.
- Perform schematic review and support design implementation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system-level issues.
- Support product evaluation, validation, and qualification activities.
- Work with sales teams to identify design opportunities and drive design wins.
- Present technical product capabilities to position against competitor products.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
- Understanding of signal conditioning and power sequencing concepts.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, component datasheets and specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot signal integrity and noise problems.
- Experience with digital interfaces: I²C, I3C, SPI, UART, GPIO, PCIe, USB.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of power electronics.
- Understanding of Altium Designer.
- Experience in MCU Integration.
