What you'll do
- Analyze and collaborate to resolve equipment software application and systems issues of moderate complexity, investigating customer high value problems (HVP), systemic bugs, and software failures. - Provide customer software support via the software ticketing system. - Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on key customer software issues. - Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures for product software. - Participate in developing customer-focused feature documentation for external software features. - Participate in equipment software specification, design, testing, and documentation reviews for customer requests, and assist in training junior-level engineers.
