About the role
The Global Rewards Program Manager leads the planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation and performance management programs.
What you'll do
- Lead planning and execution of compensation and performance management cycles, including merit, bonus, goal-setting, and performance review processes.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans to support program adoption.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage organizational readiness for process and program changes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compensation and performance management processes.
- Conduct post-cycle reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Document and maintain program governance, process documentation, and operating procedures.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, HR operations, compensation, or performance management.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.
