About the role
This role involves providing global product support for new semiconductor equipment products, focusing on new product release and field issue resolution. The work includes developing and documenting procedures, supporting first chamber build and test, and coordinating field support for product issues.
What you'll do
- Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products.
- Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab.
- Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues.
- Develop and document procedures to install, retrofit, and maintain products (Technical Product Manuals).
- Develop initial training packages for new products and train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs), and Technical Product Support (TPS).
- Identify new parts requiring stocking by AGS and ensure they are stocked correctly.
What you'll need
- Experience developing procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) for new products.
- Involvement in FMECA process.
- Experience with first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab.
- Participation in or ownership of CAPA process.
- Ability to conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA).
- Experience with Technical Product Manuals development.
Nice to have
- Experience with New Product Release (NPR) first-in-fab startup support.
- Knowledge of PSER and JIRA for issue tracking.
- Experience coordinating beta site testing and reporting.
- Experience managing TSL (Target Spares List) and aligning with AGS.
- Knowledge of SPS review for legacy products and EOL parts.
- Experience with ECN generation.
