About the role
This role leads the successful delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of Lam Research's Icertis and Intelex platforms. This position is the primary delivery leader responsible for application roadmap execution, business engagement, vendor coordination, operational excellence, and service performance.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery for the Icertis and Intelex application portfolios.
- Lead planning, execution, and deployment of enhancements, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and process owners.
- Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
- Own application stability, availability, support performance, and service metrics.
- Manage application budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise application delivery.
- Experience managing SaaS platforms, enterprise business applications, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Experience leading global teams and external vendors.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at director and executive levels.
- Strong financial management, planning, and governance experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis.
- Experience with EHS, Quality, ESG, or compliance platforms such as Intelex.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Familiarity with SAP and enterprise application ecosystems.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
