What you'll do
- Manage multi-site software development teams to deliver high-quality Functional Safety SW products.
- Drive the entire software development cycle according to quality processes.
- Ensure communication and information flow within the team, with internal stakeholders, and with customers.
- Interact with marketing and customers.
- Support internal and external audits.
What you'll need
- University degree in electronics, programming, etc.
- Experience in software team management.
- Experience in embedded SW project management in a global organization.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle models.
- Skilled in planning and risk management.
- Effective communication (in English), leadership skills, team player.
