About the role
ChipAgents is hiring Full-Stack AI Engineers with a strong Computer Science foundation to support customer deployments and advance agentic AI platforms for chip design and verification. In this technical, customer-facing role, you will embed machine learning models and frontend experiences directly into electronic design automation (EDA) workflows.
What you'll do
- Own the technical success of platform deployments from start to finish, including onboarding, integration, scaling, and feedback. - Interface directly with customer engineering teams to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities. - Prototype and refine full-stack solutions—from backend models to frontend experiences—that embed agentic AI into EDA workflows. - Collaborate with the core engineering team to improve models, tooling, and infrastructure based on field insights. - Build internal and customer-facing documentation, tutorials, and dashboards to support platform adoption. - Contribute hands-on code across infrastructure, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
What you'll need
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience building full-stack software, backed by strong fundamentals in software engineering and machine learning. - Familiarity with modern ML workflows, including Python, PyTorch, and LLMs. - Experience with frontend development tools such as TypeScript or JavaScript. - Willingness to travel for on-site customer visits and integration work.

- Prior exposure to electronic design automation (EDA), RTL, or hardware-software co-design.
