About the role
As a Process Technician, you will prepare wafers for experimentation, operate reactors for thin film processes, and analyze them using scanning electron microscopes.
What you'll do
- Prepare wafers for experimentation, including cleaning and reactor preparation.
- Operate reactors for thin film processes and evaluate system performance.
- Prepare cross-section samples for scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis.
- Record process conditions and experimental observations; evaluate wafers and thin films.
- Operate scanning electron microscope for cross-section, top-view, critical dimension (CD), or energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis and imaging.
- Perform scanning electron microscope (SEM) system software alignment and routine maintenance procedures.
What you'll need
- Technical Diploma
- 4-7 years of experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
