About the role
This role involves firmware development and verification for Marvell's SerDes IP. The team provides SerDes PHY solutions and other Analog Mixed-Signal IPs to support Marvell products.
What you'll do
- Develop and verify new firmware modules
- Develop CI/CD process
- Deliver module documents, module design specs, firmware source code, and build scripts
- Perform debugging, bring-up, and production firmware development
- Collaborate with firmware, design, application, and SoC teams
What you'll need
- BS 3rd or 4th-year student or Master student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of microcontrollers
- Knowledge of embedded firmware design, development, and debugging
- Strong Python programming skills
Nice to have
- Experience with microcontroller programming
- Experience with CI/CD, for example Jenkins system
- Experience in C/C++ programming in a bare-metal embedded environment
- Experience/ knowledge with chip design simulation and verification
- Experience/ knowledge with SERDES technology and PCIe host interface
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and LLM
