About the role

This role involves managing day-to-day accounting routines, maintaining financial data integrity, and supporting transactional processing across ERP systems. You will play a key part in the period-end close process and assist with financial reporting and audit compliance for TSMC Arizona's N4, N3, N2, and 2nm process technologies.

What you'll do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, including processing journal entries and preparing reconciliations for various accounts.
• Assist with processing financial transactions such as vendor invoices, customer payments, and fixed asset additions/disposals.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems and other accounting tools.
• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by preparing supporting schedules and performing reconciliations.
• Provide accurate and timely financial data and documentation for internal and external financial reports.
• Support internal and external auditors with detailed financial data, documentation, and explanations.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with a minimum of 3 years of related accounting/cost accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
