About the role
This role involves final electrical and vacuuming testing, cleaning, and packaging of echucks and other coated products within the ESC operations group.
What you'll do
- Operate vacuum and other processing equipment.
- Set up and de-fixture parts for final testing.
- Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools, including CMM, according to quality procedures.
- Perform final part cleaning, packaging, and labelling according to customer specification.
- Perform periodic tool refresh and basic equipment maintenance tasks.
- Enter all data in SPC and quality systems.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or quality testing experience.
- Ability to work around chemicals (IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL).
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.
- Ability to work in clean room.
Nice to have
- Machine operation experience.
- Prior experience operating CMM.
- Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus).
