About the role
This role involves the installation, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites, focusing on independent problem-solving and executing action plans for maintenance activities. You will work with HMI MBI and SBI equipment in a clean room environment.
What you'll do
- Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports.
- Maintain and service HMI MBI and SBI equipment at customer sites.
- Install new equipment, perform upgrades, and conduct system relocations.
- Advise customers on actions to correct system malfunctions.
- Interface daily with external customers to train them on equipment use and maintenance, answer questions, and provide technical assistance.
- Provide inputs for improvement proposals and contribute to work preparation through the creation of technical action plans.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, or semiconductor processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Excel VBA.
- Customer-focused mindset from academic or professional settings.
