About the role
This role involves managing quality support for key customers in China, focusing on front-end, reliability, and application expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Own the customer relationship for China Key customer from a quality perspective.
- Lead customer quality issues, verify complaints, collect failure information, and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure rapid response to customer complaints and manage communication strategy.
- Organize regular review meetings with key account customers to discuss progress and collect feedback.
- Manage all customer quality requests and questions, including environmental queries and product performance information.
- Manage quality alert/recall from Division QA/plants, ensuring proper material quarantine and return goods disposal.
- Owner for customer visits or audits, liaising with plants and following up on action items.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in a science or engineering discipline.
- 8-10 years working experience in semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in wafer fab manufacture in a technical role (Quality, R&D, PE, PIE).
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacture process.
- Extensive knowledge of quality control methods (8D, FMEA, SPC, Quality continuous improvement).
- Extensive knowledge of Failure analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
