About the role
This role sits within the Yieldstar Applications Engineering team supporting Samsung, analyzing large-scale data sets from metrology tools to characterize EUV and DUV scanner and on-product performance. Work involves enabling Yieldstar metrology measurement data to detect issues, guiding process control strategies, and optimizing metrology mark choices for high-volume manufacturing technology ramps.
What you'll do
- Lead or participate in projects supporting customer transitions to new technology nodes and node ramp-ups. - Translate customer on-product issues into lithography or metrology problem statements and drive resolution to maximize tool performance. - Analyze experimental customer data to detect on-product performance impacts and report conclusions internally and externally. - Define and drive customer requirements for existing and evaluation products based on technical engagement with customer teams. - Prepare technical presentations for customer meetings and collaborate with account teams, D&E, and business development. - Proactively identify ASML application product opportunities, including tool setup, process control strategies, and metrology mark optimization.
What you'll need
- Master's degree or PhD in a technical discipline. - Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role. - Minimum 4 years of experience within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. - Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing MATLAB, Python, JMP, or similar software. - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical data analysis and presenting findings. - Extensive experience with stakeholder and change management.
