About the role
This role involves enabling customers with technical solutions and maximizing product content in their designs. You will work to integrate technical solutions into customer designs.
What you'll do
- Maximize Arrow content on customer designs and secure high-ROI engineering investments.
- Leverage technical expertise and solution-selling strategies to solve complex customer requirements.
- Partner with sales, internal departments, and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across customers and suppliers.
- Participate in ongoing supplier technical training and conduct joint research to support customer designs.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Eligibility for an export license or U.S. Person status (U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
- Experience using CRMs and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Nice to have
- FPGA/MPU/MCU/GPU/Networking/Embedded systems experience.
- Sales experience.
