About the role
This role provides technical support to customers, collaborating on new opportunities and supporting evaluations of GlobalFoundries technologies.
What you'll do
- Gain understanding of GlobalFoundries’ technology offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GF technologies with customer needs.
- Support customers through technical evaluations and tapeout processes.
- Develop customer-facing technical documentation on GF technologies.
What you'll need
- At least a sophomore actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Overall 3.0 GPA.
- English fluency (written & verbal).
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
Nice to have
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, or competitions.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
- Coursework in Circuit Design, Semiconductor Device Physics, or Materials Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, EDA software, and Linux operating systems.
