What you'll do

• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
• Leverage engineering and design services to identify and facilitate customer solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Perform and drive technical calibrations and research with sales and suppliers.
• Demonstrate understanding of supplier technologies and their relation to market needs.
• Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line or customer solutions.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions.
• Works independently with minimal guidance.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
