About the role
This role involves developing and deploying comprehensive application solutions for semiconductor testing. The focus is on optimizing customer throughput on Teradyne ATE platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for HPC, analog, and mixed-signal semiconductor devices.
- Create and maintain test program software in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Analyze technical problems and recommend solutions on Teradyne ATE platforms.
- Partner with customer test engineering teams to improve test processes.
- Support production release of test solutions, including handler and prober integration.
- Train and support customers on tester operation and system capabilities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of semiconductor test industry experience with hands-on IC test development expertise.
- Experience in analog, digital, mixed-signal, or RF test development on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies and production deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or UltraFlexPlus platforms.
- Programming experience in Visual Basic, C, C++, or C#.
- Strong Windows and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with handler and prober interfaces.
