About the role
This role is for a dedicated NXP Field Application Engineer responsible for driving demand creation, design registrations, and design wins.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary technical interface between Arrow, NXP, and customers.
- Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow and NXP content on customer designs.
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical support and consulting.
- Own and drive NXP-focused design registrations, design wins, and opportunity development.
- Attend NXP and Arrow supplier trainings, workshops, and technical conferences.
- Manage NXP, customer, and Arrow stakeholder expectations and build relationships.
What you'll need
- 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical expertise in semiconductor and embedded system solutions.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into successful design opportunities.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting semiconductor products and embedded system designs.
- Knowledge of NXP microcontrollers, processors, analog, connectivity, automotive, or power management solutions.
