About the role
This role is responsible for driving failure analysis efforts for compound semiconductor fab processes and high power products at the Hopewell Junction, NY fabrication facility.
What you'll do
- Drive failure analysis for compound semiconductor fab processes and high power products.
- Support fab tool bring up and process development with cross-sections and other failure analysis efforts.
- Perform sample preparation and imaging, including cleaved cross sections, polished cross sections, FIB/SEM cross sections, and top-down SEM imaging.
What you'll need
- High school diploma with 3+ years of experience in a similar job function.
Nice to have
- A.S. in Engineering Technology, Material Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of SEM, EDX, FIB, and AFM tools.
