About the role
This role is responsible for the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Provide engineering support for critical facility systems, including chemical delivery, specialty gases, HVAC, Ultra Pure Water (UPW), and thermal utility systems.
- Develop and execute reliability, maintenance, and improvement strategies for assigned systems.
- Troubleshoot complex utility and facility-related issues affecting manufacturing operations.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as the primary owner for key facility programs, including ESG & Net Zero Initiatives and Facilities Cost Reduction Program.
- Manage facility improvement and capital projects from concept through commissioning.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3 years of engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced technology, chemical processing, or other highly regulated industrial environments.
