About the role
This role involves supporting the Failure Analysis team by documenting and standardizing REL test equipment and testing, executing REL testing and data reporting, and performing chemical preparation and execution of VPD-ICPMS for Fab contamination detection.
What you'll do
- Learn and operate the VPD-ICPMS tool for fab contamination monitoring, including chemical preparation.
- Understand and utilize fully- and semi-automated test equipment for REL and DEV testing in offline and bench test labs.
- Document, manage, and coordinate inventory and tool capabilities for the Labs Team.
- Serve as an executive safety representative for the Yield/Integration/Labs teams and a direct Safety representative for the Labs team.
- Own and drive projects to completion, reporting progress.
What you'll need
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 2-5 years of industry experience related to Failure Analysis or Test, or other Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Experience related to hazard detection and driving safety-related project(s).
Nice to have
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in Failure Analysis or Test.
- Hands-on experience with chemical preparation of ultra-pure chemistry.
- Experience with hazard detection and safety mindset.
