As an Expert Electronic Design Engineer, you will work with a distributed team to develop System Support technologies. This role involves translating customer requirements into robust solutions, including measurement methods and uncertainty analysis.
What you'll do
- Develop System Support technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into robust solutions, including measurement methods, uncertainty analysis, automated switching, and solution validation.
- Estimate effort, design measurement systems, and assist with implementation ranging from circuitry to software and control logic.
- Identify opportunities for leverage and reuse applying AI/ML methods.
- Represent the work to end customers.
What you'll need
- Masters/PhD degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 15 years practical experience designing RF/uW measurement systems.
- 5+ years working with simulation/modeling or comparable digital twin methods.
- Deep practical and theoretical knowledge of measurements and uncertainties in RF applications.
- Knowledge of measurement products (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers), software architecture, and test strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to develop SW (Visual Studios C#/C++/VB, PERL, JAVA) to support model development and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed development team.
- Solid project management skills.
