About the role
The Equipment Technician maintains, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of physical equipment, machines, and electrical systems to ensure continuous and safe operation for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, supporting high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related issues.
- Support production goals by minimizing equipment downtime and optimizing tool performance.
- Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and tool history in CMMS systems.
- Participate in equipment installations, qualifications, and facility readiness activities.
- Conduct equipment calibrations and support shipping/receiving of refurbished tools.
What you'll need
- 2 - 4 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with Clean Room Environment protocols.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to interpret operation manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Electrical Systems, Pneumatic Systems, and Vacuum Systems.
- Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
