About the role
This role involves sustaining and operating 300mm diffusion furnace semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing facility, focusing on resolving equipment and process issues.
What you'll do
- Monitor, control, and qualify 300mm diffusion furnace semiconductor equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities and train others.
- React to error messages from factory systems and equipment.
- Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and troubleshoot defects.
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement to optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
- Complete all required reporting and documentation.
What you'll need
- High School Degree (or equivalent).
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
- Ability to perform 12-hour shift work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to wear all required cleanroom & safety protective clothing and equipment for 12 hours.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds periodically.
- Ability to perform work in a standing position for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
