About the role
This role involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area. You will specifically support Canon iW/i1/i4 Steppers.
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance on photolithography and metrology tool sets.
- Conduct corrective maintenance on photolithography and metrology tool sets.
- Support Canon iW/i1/i4 Steppers.
- Maintain Perkin Elmer 600 Aligners, SVG90,88,86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks.
- Maintain Hitachi SEM and IVS metrology tools.
What you'll need
- AS or BS in electrical or mechanical, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
- 5+ years supporting Canon i1, iW, and i4 steppers.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
- Knowledge of SPC and its implementation in a manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Strong electronic skills.
