About the role
Equipment Maintenance Technicians perform preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and installation of semiconductor fabrication equipment. The role supports the Diffusion area on C Shift (Thursday through Saturday week one, Wednesday through Saturday week two, 6:55am - 7:10pm).
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and installation of semiconductor fabrication equipment. - Identify opportunities to improve area and factory performance while supporting Safety, 5S, and Standard Work. - Make routine decisions based on area priorities affecting production material and equipment. - Work with shift leadership and maintenance technicians to solve technical problems and meet manufacturing objectives. - Document all maintenance performed.
What you'll need
- 10 years of experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the semiconductor industry. - Experience with TEL ALPHA Furnaces and AVIZA AVP Furnaces 200mm platforms and equipment sets. - Experience with analytical troubleshooting methods including Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why. - Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment. - Demonstrated ability to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
Nice to have
- Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.) or technical trade school certificate.
