About the role
This role involves maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment within the Photo Lithography process area at onsemi's 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, OR. The primary focus will be on ASML PAS5500 (400/700/1150) Scanners and Nikon i14 steppers, with backup support for TEL Act8 and DNS 200W Tracks.
What you'll do
- Maintain current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
- Study equipment performance and reliability, and execute projects to increase overall stability.
- Establish programs and solutions for increasing tool uptime/reliability and improving product quality.
- Provide hands-on technical and maintenance support.
- Define and write preventative maintenance schedules, best-known methods, and other maintenance procedures.
- Drive, maintain, and support continual improvement projects, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness teams, part sourcing, and in-house repair.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or robotics Engineering.
- 5 plus years of equipment experience with ASML PAS5500 (400/700/1150) Scanners, TEL Act8 Tracks, DNS 200W Tracks, DNS 80 (A/B/EX) Scrubbers, and Nikon i14 Steppers.
- Practical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems and controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor experience.
- Knowledge of the photolithography area, including general process theory and equipment mechanics.
- Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and manufacturing principles.
- Experience in training and leading maintenance technicians.
