About the role

This role involves sustaining and operating the fab floor, with primary responsibility for resolving equipment and process issues.

What you'll do

Monitor, control, and qualify 300 mm diffusion furnace semiconductor equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance activities and train others.
React to error messages from factory systems and equipment.
Review Statistical Process Control charts and other system indicators for process quality and react to Out of Control conditions, including defect troubleshooting.
Recover from process and tool interruptions.
Identify areas for improvement to optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost.

High School Degree (or equivalent).
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Ability to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule in a cleanroom environment.
Ability to wear all required cleanroom & safety protective clothing and equipment throughout a 12-hour day.
Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a periodic basis.
Ability to perform work in a standing position for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
