About the role
This role involves sustaining and operating 300mm diffusion furnace semiconductor equipment, resolving equipment and process issues on a 12-hour shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Review Statistical Process Control charts and react to Out of Control conditions, including defect troubleshooting.
- Recover from process and tool interruptions.
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement to optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
- Complete all required reporting and documentation.
What you'll need
- High School Degree (or equivalent).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
- Ability to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to wear all required cleanroom & safety protective clothing and equipment throughout a 12-hour day.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a periodic basis and perform work in a standing position for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
