About the role
This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and improving equipment performance at an ion implantation service facility.
What you'll do
- Support Innovion process equipment and sites.
- Work with vendors, second source part suppliers, machine shops, and OEM equipment makers to optimize equipment performance.
- Drive retrofits and upgrades to maximize implanter performance.
- Work toward defectivity and cost-of-ownership reduction as well as other continuous improvement programs.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety and Security requirements and programs.
What you'll need
- BS Engineering or some college with 10+ years of experience.
- Previous experience in ion implantation or semiconductor equipment utilizing Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) technology; 5+ years preferred.
- Fluent in English Language, written & verbal.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or protected individual).

- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
