This role involves supporting on-shift activities and maintaining VCSEL/PD production on production reactors, with a focus on Epi Growth operations.
What you'll do
- Support on-shift activities and deliver cross-shift passdowns.
- Maintain VCSEL/PD production on production reactors.
- Run and read SPC charts.
- Perform basic OCAPS.
- Assist Engineering with new process development and data gathering.
- Write new work instructions for Operations.
What you'll need
- HS Diploma or higher and 2-4+ years of related experience.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Experience working in a high volume semiconductor environment.
- Familiarity with statistical process control.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
