What you'll do
- Oversee and manage Saw and Die/Wire Bond process engineering activities.
- Promote continuous engineering activities related to quality improvement.
- Ensure effective control of production processes and enhance production efficiency.
- Provide technical aid for process adjustments and new technology introduction.
- Establish and document Process FMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Controls (SPC).
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for the area of responsibility.
