About the role
This role involves characterizing, modeling, and enabling Non-Volatile Memory technologies.
What you'll do
- Manage execution of NVM reliability characterization experiments.
- Identify and implement process improvements for laboratory efficiency and equipment utilization.
- Maintain lab equipment, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
- Develop software and systems for monitoring, automation, and data processing.
- Assist in developing/debugging evaluation software (embedded C/C++).
- Perform statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Physics within the past 2 years.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, data processing, and analysis (e.g., Python, JMP, Exensio).
- Interest in statistics and solid-state device fundamentals, especially emerging non-volatile memory technologies like MRAM and RRAM.
- Experience debugging hardware (Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, debugger).
Nice to have
- Software development experience, such as familiarity with microcontroller software development (C/C++).
