About the role

This role involves engineering seamless Audio Visual (AV) experiences and managing logistics for conference rooms and internal event spaces. This position focuses on the design and support of the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware and API-led automation.

What you'll do

  • Act as a technical domain expert for the global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
  • Drive the end-to-end logistics of AV infrastructure, managing Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor relationships, coordinating ordering, configuration, and shipping of equipment.
  • Work closely with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to lead all aspects of AV installation projects from architectural drawings to final commissioning.
  • Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and operational support, resolving intricate hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems.
  • Design and support the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture, complex dial plans, auto-attendants, call queues, and PSTN connectivity via Direct Routing and Operator Connect.
  • Drive API-led automation (Webex, Microsoft Graph), develop custom macros/UI extensions, and integrate AV with smart-building systems.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and support within an enterprise environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) and how they apply to AV traffic (Dante, AES67, NVX).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
