About the role
This program provides new and entry-level engineers with exposure to core engineering disciplines within the company.
What you'll do
- Complete a 3-year rotational assignment in Manufacturing engineering and Product engineering.
- Undertake a final rotational assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality.
- Contribute to business unit deliverables through on-the-job training and project work.
- Participate in online learning management courses for core disciplines.
- Interact with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
- Collaborate within diverse project teams across functional lines.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering.
- Graduation as of Spring 2026 or later.
- New to the job market or early in your engineering career.
- Commitment to a 3-year training program.
- Openness to relocation for rotational assignments.
