About the role
This program provides new and entry-level engineers with exposure to core engineering disciplines within Manufacturing and Product.
What you'll do
- Complete three 12-month rotational assignments in Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering, and Quality.
- Participate in on-the-job training and compelling project work contributing to business unit deliverables.
- Engage in online learning management courses for introductory to advanced training in core disciplines.
- Interact with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
- Work within diverse high-performing project teams across functional lines.
- Establish relationships with seasoned technical and commercial mentors.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering with a strong GPA, graduating Spring 2026 or later.
- New to the job market or early in your engineering career.
- Commitment to a 3-year training program.
- Openness to relocation for rotational assignments.
- Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
- Self-starter with initiative.
- Ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Adaptability to new assignments, managers, and business challenges.
