About the role

This program provides entry-level engineers with exposure to core engineering disciplines within a 3-year rotational assignment.

What you'll do

• Complete three 12-month assignments in Manufacturing, Product, and Quality (Manufacturing, Customer, or Materials).
• Engage in on-the-job training and project work contributing to business unit deliverables.
• Participate in online learning management courses for core engineering disciplines.
• Interact with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
• Work within diverse project teams across functional lines.
• Establish relationships with seasoned mentors.

What you'll need

• Employment start date of June 21, 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering.
• Graduation as of Spring 2026 or later.
• New to the job market or early in your engineering career.
• Commitment to a 3-year training program.
• Openness to relocation for development opportunities.
• Desire to establish a career with Entegris and aspire to future leadership roles.
• Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to new assignments, managers, and business challenges.
