About the role
This program provides new to market and entry-level engineers with exposure to the core engineering disciplines driving Entegris' business through three 12-month assignments in Manufacturing, Product, and Quality (Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality).
What you'll do
- Complete three 12-month rotational assignments in Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering, and Quality.
- Participate in on-the-job training and project work contributing to business unit deliverables.
- Engage in online learning management courses covering core disciplines at Entegris.
- Interact with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
- Work within diverse project teams across functional lines.
- Establish relationships with technically and commercially accomplished mentors.
What you'll need
- Employment start date aligned with ELDP start date - June 21, 2027.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering with a strong GPA; graduation as of Spring 2026 or later.
- New to the job market or at the early part of an engineering career.
- Commitment to a 3-year training program.
- Openness to relocation for rotational assignments.
- Desire to establish a career with Entegris and aspire to future leadership roles.
- Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
- Self-starter with a proclivity for taking initiative.
- Ability to confidently interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to new assignments, managers, and business challenges.
