About the role
This role involves owning Product Engineering performance metrics related to cost reduction, scrap reduction, yield improvement, and quality performance within the PSG Product Engineering team.
What you'll do
- Own Product Engineering performance metrics related to cost reduction, scrap reduction, yield improvement, and quality performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, lead ideation sessions, and drive execution of improvement initiatives.
- Lead report automation efforts and develop performance dashboards, analytics tools, and data solutions to improve Product Engineering efficiency.
- Lead periodic KPI reviews with stakeholders and drive action plans to achieve performance targets.
- Partner with product owners to make data-driven decisions and prioritize resources on high-impact improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, quality enhancement, and operational excellence.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving cross-functional projects and business-critical initiatives.
- Advanced programming, data analysis, and statistical analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Minitab, DataPower, and Exensio.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, device physics, product testing methodologies, performance characterization, and reliability engineering.
