About the role
This role involves performing routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions related to semiconductor equipment.
What you'll do
- Perform electro-mechanical technical functions including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly.
- Test and troubleshoot system and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems.
- Conduct new system and NPI installations and field upgrades.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or plans for testing and troubleshooting.
- Compile logbooks and test procedures documentation.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms.
What you'll need
- Experience with routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot system level and component level problems.
- Experience with NPI installations and field upgrades.
- Capability to work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or plans.
- Good writing skills for compiling logbooks and test procedures documentation.
- Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms.
