About the role
This role involves performing moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities related to integrated final test on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
What you'll do
- Perform design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
- Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or plans to perform testing and troubleshooting.
- Compile logbooks and test procedures documentation and assist in revising, developing, and implementing department procedures.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms to engineering and manufacturing documentation and specifications.
- Perform necessary rework and assist in determining remedies for malfunctions and generate Quality Notifications.
What you'll need
- Developed proficiency in a range of analytical processes or procedures.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems.
- Experience working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or plans.
- Experience compiling logbooks and test procedures documentation.
- Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
