About the role
This role involves evolving the Keysight Network Visibility (NVS) product line to support Service Provider features and newer technologies. The focus is on mobility-related functionality for Service Providers, including virtualization of products and machine learning applications.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype, and iterate on creative concepts for user mobility requirements.
- Implement core network-related protocol parsers and logic for filtering and sampling on mobile network parameters.
- Virtualize functions.
- Develop proof of concept applications for customer trialing.
- Identify methods for correlating user traffic to specific probes.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
What you'll need
- Working towards a BS in computer science or related discipline.
- Coding in C++.
- Familiarity with GIT.
- Strong debugging methodology.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with protocol development (wireless protocols, security protocols, Wireshark).
- Exposure to telecom, service providers, communications.
- Experience with virtualization and microservice development (e.g. PODs, Kubernetes, Docker containers, Redis database).
