- Manage overall program planning, including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
- Emphasize quality and time to market in program delivery.
- Manage customer requirements while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes.
- Build and enhance Broadcom solutions by working with customers and cross-functional teams.
What you'll need
- 8+ years in a Program and/or Project Management leadership role.
- BSEE or BSCE.
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple large and small projects.
- Track record of successfully working with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing project budget, profit and loss.
- Ability to plan, design, and implement processes across cross-functional teams.
